Making a fuss in the internet probably will only have any effect in politics, because politicians live and die based on popular opinion. But when we talk about products and services, complaining only, specially complaining in obscure internet forums or for you friends and followers in internet social services is not very effective. And actions will always speak louder than words. Always.
