Recipe: Canjiquinha com Porco (Ground Corn with Pork)











This is a typical recipe of my country, it is quite easy and tasty. You can use any slice of pork you have, but if you don't let the corn in the water for enough time it will be very hard. There is not right amount of ingredients, just use the same weight in pork and corn and use enough water to cook it. Spice it to your liking. Enjoy!
